At the fall of the hammer, the horse becomes the Buyer’s full responsibility.
Buyer is responsible for:
Boarding
Insurance
Transportation
Injury, sickness, or death during transport
Seller or Agent may assist with transport coordination but:
Does NOT endorse any transporter
Assumes NO liability for transport outcome
8. Accounts & Settlement
ALL ACCOUNTS MUST BE PAID THE DAY OF SALE
Payment shall be made ONLY to Old West cashier
Payments made directly to Seller are STRICTLY PROHIBITED
Any outstanding balances owed by Seller to Old West may be deducted from sale
proceeds.
9. Registration Transfers
Transfer fees are the responsibility of Seller
Registration papers sent directly to AQHA/APHA
Buyer receives certificate after transfer completion
NO PAPERS ARE RELEASED SALE DAY
NO EXCEPTIONS
10. Catalog Accuracy
Every reasonable effort is made to ensure catalog accuracy. Old West:
